You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to ask to make a change in your purchase or a return.

In case you want to change the item you have bought, expedition costs will be held by us for the first change you ask for.

In case you just want to return the item you have bought, expedition costs will be at your expense.

The procedure for requesting a change or a return is quick and easy.

To request a change or a return, you can:

- fill out the online form on your profile section

- send an email to ordini@camicettasnob.com

In your communication, you must indicate:

- Name and surname used during the purchase

- Order number and date

- Item that has to be returned

You must communicate us your intention to refund an item within 14 days from the reception of the shipment.

Please return the item using the original packaging or including it in the package.

The product must be returned in the exact same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all its tags and accessories.

You have up to 14 days from the day of your return request to send the product to our headquarter.

We suggest you to choose a trackable delivery service, so that you can monitor your shipment at any time.

If you ask to make the first change, we will let you how to proceed to send the garment you intend to change.

We offer the possibility to make the first exchange of the purchased goods for free.

If you find that the product you receive it is not of the colour or size you were expecting, you can proceed with the exchange request.

 

You can change your purchase with a product of the same type (of the desired size or colour) or change the type of product.

We reserve the right to accept your return only after an appropriate check by our Quality Control Department, who will verify that the products are in compliance with our regulation.

After the positive outcome of our Quality Control Department, we will send you an email to confirm your return and we will arrange the refund. After a few days, and in any case within 14 days from the day of your communication, you will be able to verify that the amount of the product you returned has been credited to the payment method used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the refund until the receipt of the goods or until you have proved that you have returned the goods.

If you believe that the product does not compliant to what was purchased and / or defective, you must notify us as soon as possible:

In your communication, you must indicate

- Name and surname used during the purchase

- Order number and date

- Item that has to be returned

- Defect found

After our feedback, you can prepare the return of the goods, following the process described above, in paragraphs a, b and c.

After receiving the return, our Quality Control Department will carefully examine the product.

We will notify you the result of our checks by email and, in case of a lack of conformity of the product, we will offer you the replacement of the product or the refund of the entire amount paid, including the shipping costs you bore for the return, unless otherwise requested.

Remember that we cannot accept items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.
